Sue started Valley Virtual Assistance to offer administrative assistance to small or home-based businesses and entrepreneurs who need reliable help but don't want the expense or headaches of a full-time employee or a temporary worker.

With over twenty years of experience supporting executives in both large and small companies — from American Express to a private equity company to a small, family-owned winery — she has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience from which to draw.

Sue is constantly learning new skills in order to offer services that are relevant to her clients. Having seen a need for support in the areas of social media and web marketing she has become a certified Internet Marketing Virtual Assistant and a certified Social Media Specialist. She takes a keen interest in the success of her clients' businesses and enjoys the ongoing relationships she builds with her clients.

Her skill base includes audio transcription, copyediting, data entry, desktop publishing, Powerpoint presentations, proofreading, social media support, spreadsheets, Website development, word processing, and much more.

Sue is honored to serve as a board member of the Wilmette Chamber of Commerce and is a founding member of Women in Service Enterprises (WISE).

Born in England, raised in Ireland and now resident in the Chicago suburb of Northfield, Sue's interests include genealogy, cooking and traveling. She started her business while living in Green Valley, California, hence the Valley in the name.
